CitySolve uses GPS location data to accurately pin and route civic issue reports to the correct municipal department. Location information is collected only at the moment you submit a report and is used solely for issue resolution and geographic analysis purposes.

You can control location permissions at any time through your device settings. Revoking location access may limit certain platform functionalities such as auto-filling the issue location.

Cookies & Tracking

We use cookies and similar technologies (session tokens, local storage) to enhance user experience, maintain login sessions, and analyze usage patterns. These help us understand how citizens interact with the platform so we can continually improve it.

You can control cookie preferences through your browser settings. Note that disabling certain cookies may affect platform functionality.

08

Data Retention

CitySolve retains complaint data — including submitted media and resolution timelines — for the purposes of auditing, accountability reporting, and statistical analysis of civic performance. We reserve the right to anonymize and aggregate this data to publish smart city metrics.

Account data is retained for as long as your account is active. Upon account deletion, personal identifiers will be removed from active systems, though anonymized records may be retained for aggregate analysis.

09

CitySolve is not intended for users under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If we become aware that a user under 18 has created an account, we will take immediate steps to terminate the account and delete associated data.
